LN1830s
Structural features:
1. The machine tool adopts a box-type structure of moving workbench and fixed beams of gantry frame;
2. The X and Y direction guides are both overloaded roller linear guides, and the Z direction is a widened rectangular sliding guide;
3. There is a balance oil cylinder on both sides of the spindle box, and automatic synchronous balance is achieved through the gas-liquid conversion device;
4. Double nut pre-pressurized P3-level large-guided ball screw for feeding in X, Y, and Z;
5. Use heavy-duty spindle unit, and use gear speed change or synchronous pulley speed change structure according to the model;
6. The external protection of the machine tool adopts a simple and practical protective structure design, which is convenient to operate, flexible and reliable;
7. The machine tool operating system adopts ergonomic principles, and the operating box is independently designed for easy operation;
8. Widely applicable to large and medium-sized mechanical parts processing and mold manufacturing, one-time clamping can meet coarse finishing processing.
